Bug when saving template

I open a template and then save it as a new file, e.g. new_file.htm. When I go to save this file again after editing the editable regions the popup window is asks me to save it as a template. But I want to save it as new_file.htm.

There are two ways to save it.

(1) Try to close new_file.htm without saving and you will get the normal save window.

(2) Use "save as" and the normal save window will appear.

But there is no way to simply click "save" and get new_file.htm to resave.

I think that this is a bug.
