Build a photo location/map site for a small car club

Im new to to world of website building so this might sound silly.

Im a member of a small car club and id like to build a photo location/map site for it.

Where we coud have a map and people can tag there photo locations on it (maybe a small thumbnail and a gallery)

is this possable to do on dreamweaver?

DW is a code editor. So if you have the coding skills to do what you want to do, then yes, DW is the right tool.
