Correct answer Nancy OShea

Short answer:  NO.

  • Dreamweaver 3 & 4 (from 2020) don't exist anymore.
  • 23 year old software is of zero value to anyone.
  • The web has changed too much. 😉

Buy a subscription to Dreamweaver CC or use another code editor.
