Can DW be set to keep an ongoing FTP (SFTP) log? I realize that can be a lot of data. but I recently had a need. I was sure that a page had been put to a site, only to find out it had not. I wanted to review the FTP log from the day I expected it was put to see if there was anything in the log.

I don't think DW has the ability to save ongoing FTP logs all the time. They are only available per transaction to help troubleshoot. Personally speaking, even if DW did have the option, I would opt for checking the FTP log on the server because that should be kept at all times, and also, because it would track every FTP transaction and not just a single user's transactions.
