I am thinking about creating a mobile application or a game, I am not quite sure yet about the idea, but before I start I just wanted to make sure if I can create a mobile application just by designing and placing objects, not by coding or programming. Thanks

What you are looking for is a visual (game) programming environment such as Construct 2/3, or Fusion.
