Can i make a site like this using Dreamweaver?

Hello Adobe Community,

I just started the web development and designing course with dreamweaver CC.

 

My question is that is it possible to make a site similar to namcolians.com with same download landing page?

    Your example site is built with WordPress.  WordPress sites must be maintained with the built-in WP admin panel, not Dreamweaver.

    That page is very similar to what the built in Bootstrap framework can create in DW, though you would need to learn how to work with html and css and finally Bootstrap itself to make the most of it.
