Can not buy Dreamweaver

I have been using Dreamweaver for years but now when I want to purchase it I get this answer:

This product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Iceland).

What is going on?

You are right, there is no availability for individual licenses as yet in Iceland, you can only purchase team licenses from resellers.
