The easiest way to preview your work across multiple devices now, is to download and install a local testing server on your system: https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/using/set-testing-server.html

When run as administrator, any device attached to your network can find and preview your site by going to your machine's local IP address followed by the site root folder name in their browser's address bar.
