Can not up load one of my pages to my website - get error message shown below

The page I am uploading is clean with no errors and works fine in live view, Other pages on my web site up load fine.  Could you provide some suggestions on how to trouble shoot this problem?  I am a relatively low level web builder basically using what I designed 10 years ago and regularly update my travel website: www.rogerzellmer.com ,

The most common reason for this kind of error is insufficient server space.

Are you certain you  have enough server space to handle more files?

Even so called unlimited hosting plans are not really unlimited.

Hello,

at first a maybe simple question, excuse me:

You write from a htm file in "photos\photos_sc1.htm". It's definitively a file not an image like photos_sc1.jpg?
