I have gone to Jotform and built a full page contact us page. I have the code for it, but when I drop the code in Dreamweaver 21.1, I get nothing on the page. I'm trying to put the code in a new HTML page, I've also tried a CSS page, same results. I'm obviously doing something wrong, please help!

In the future, you might want to use the JotForm <iframe> method instead. It's a lot simpler with much less code than what you have now. See the video below for details on how to do it.

Good grief,WTF, it would have to be a lot, lot, lot massive lot, massive lot, lot, lot massive lot less code to even consider this crazy solution, lol. OPs only got 6 simple form fields...........more like s**tForm than JotForm
I'm fairly certain the OP did NOT do it right. Even a free JotForm plan would not need THAT much code. But it's not my project and thus not my concern.
I have followed all of the ways to use Jotform's code and so far nothing works. I am now talking to them about this and so far nothing shows up on the Dreamweaver page. I will send you Jotform's code for Dreamweaver:
That code is an unholy mess! I'm not suprised DW can't render anything with all those critical code errors. But honestly, I'm very surprised JotForm gave you that much code to use. Well, I suppose you get what you pay for.
In any case, use this instead. This has no code errors as denoted by the green checkmark.
Did you follow the JotForm instructions carefully?
