Can't install Adobe Dreamweaver CC, help please?

I just purchased the Creative cloud and teacher edition plan and have been trying to download Adobe Dreamweaver CC, but can't install it. Basically what happens is that I download the Dreamweaver installer which works fine until I enter my e-mail and password, which after doing so the installer simply goes blank and does nothing. I've tried several times and the installer goes blank and freezes every time I do this, any help please? Attached is a screenshot of the installer blank.

    Assuming your computer meets the system requirements below,

    Dreamweaver system requirements

    • Have you tried quitting the Creative Cloud Desktop App and then restarting it with your Adobe ID and password?
    • Does your Mac or Win user account have full admin level permissions?
    • Have you tried turning off your anti-virus software?
