Can't resize the properties panel in DWCC

I am running DWCC 2018, and I like the properties panel to be along the bottom of the screen.  The panel is only maybe a little over half the size I want and I can't make it any wider.  Not a problem when I was using DWCS6.

If you drag the properties panel to the bottom of the workspace it should dock - you'll get a blue line indicating its inthe correct place to dock.

Can you post a screenshot so we can be sure what your issue is?
