Cannot find "Sort Table" in Dreamwaver CC

I've been looking all over, but I cannot find the "Sort Table" menu under "Commands". Actually "Commands" its empty.

Where can I find this menu?

    In CC 2017 and later it is under Edit > Table > Sort and will only activate when you have multiple cells selected in Design View (does not activate in Live View).
