Cant locate cc library in dreamweaver

I am not able to find the cc library option in dreamweaver. The right panel shows cc designer, files, assets, insert, snippets but I dont see cc library anywhere, i checked under windows also but its not present there. Could it be that I am using a trial version of the software?
