CC 2017 Where's Emmet?

Am I missing something where is Emmet?  I don't see it anywhere in the Preferences.

    I'm on W7 with CC2017 and it's in the same spot it has been since introduced for me...

    I thought it is integrated in DW!!  I tired it now by creating a blank page and in code view type:

    div>p

    and pressed tab and voila it created a div for me and a placeholder for paragraph and the cursor was in the correct place for me to start typing in the paragraph.

    Does it not work for you?

    Try putting this in a blank doc and press tab to see what you get:

    ul>li*5
