cfqueryparam closing tag and capitalization

Just forced to DW CC because DW CS6 keeps crashing. In CS6 cfsqltypes are lower case. In CC they're uppercase. I went into tag libraries and changed the default to no avail. ?

Also, I never had a closing <cfqueryparam> come up before and in tag libraries no closing tag is shown, yet DW CC keeps popping this up which, of course, messes up every closing tag below. Why is it doing this?
