Change text colour [seeking the Properties Panel] Dreamweaver 20.2

Hi. It should be really simple. In previous version of DW, I was able to simply highlight the text in Design mode and use properties to edit colour, font, font size etc. I do not see the properties box now and have been navigating around the menu but can't find anything. HELP! This should be a dead simple task. Thank you.
