Check Links Sitewide - Show menu does not emerge

I go to this command and simply nothing happens .  I press command-F8 - and that doesn't do it either. I try opening it again.

Dreamweaver CC 18.0 -- Mac 10.13.2 --

Possible problem my website files are in Drop box. Tried putting one site on Home. No result there.

That is interesting. Maybe you should make metion of it by going to Help -> Submit Bug/Feature Request.

This will not be of much help to you, but on my Windows system there is no problem with the menu item, F8, however, does not work.

I discovered the problem. I had not listed the website in Site > Manage sites -

I operate outside that part of the system.

I would have thought that > Check links sitewide . Would have been greyed out in those circumstances.

Once I put the website in there, up it came.
