Chrome for Android, using flagged features?

I have just looked at support for the css @apply rule on caniuse-

I noticed that for the Chrome for Android browser, the feature can be enabled using the 'about' flag. I did not think it was possible to set these flags on mobile devices, and as I do not have a recent updated Android device to check, I was wondering if anyone has ever set the 'about' flag on a mobile browser, (or even knew that it was possible)?

Also does it work, (thinking css grids)?
