Code highlighting for unsupported language?

In Dw CC 2015 I have set up code highlighting for the programming language 4D. Not the most popular language, but I work for a company who uses. Not my call... Obvi, it's been quite some time since a large update and unfortunately the new Dw didn't take along those changes. So I remember that I needed to include this into the MMDoctype and another file, but I don't remember which? Can anyone help me get this set back up?

Syntax highlighting still works in Dw CC 2015 but not in Dw CC 2017. I mostly need to know what files need to be updated along w/ the proper formatting. The extensions are .a4d, .a4l, .a4p. Long shot, but any help is appreciated.
