Code hint tools > Color Picker / URL Browser / Font list won't do a thing!

Running DW CC 2017 version.

In code / split view

Looking at code, If I right click on the code I get a context menu at the end of which is

Code Hint Tools from there are three options Color Picker / URL Browser / Font list

What are they for? I can't seem to get them to do anything.

Any suggestions? As usual I have looked but found nothing useful.
