Could you please help me to connect with MySQL database in Bluhost server from Dreamewer CS6?

Which version of PHP does Bluhost serve? I am assuming that it is version 7+. In that case CS6 is of no use. What you need is either a PDO or a MySQLi connection. For the latter, have a look at this extension for Dreamweaver: http://www.webassist.com/product/mysqli

As Ben has said, you cannnot connect with php version 7+ with any version of Dreamweaver. The last version of php that Dreamweaver was compatible with was v5.6+ I beleive. Newer versions of Dreamweaver do not have any server behaviours included, they were removed, being outdated and never replaced.

Your only alternatives are either using a third party extension for Dreamweaver (paid for, Ben has supplied a link) or write your own connection and querying. Of course you could also find a host that still supported php v5.6 but that's not recommended for any new build going forward.
