contact manager

Question

Does anyone know of a shelf product contact manager (such as
ACT!) that would have a microsoft access backend that I can
incorporate it with my website. For example, I would like to have
someone be able to update their profile online and the changes to
affect the contact manager database.

CMS typically = 'content management system'.

CRM typically = customer relationship management' and is what I think you
are referring to.

I don't know of too many commercial web apps that would use Access by
default, though.
