Hi, PLEASE HELP!!
I have a very large frontpage website, do you have a cheatsheet on how to do the website conversion?

When I open the mainpage in notepad ++ it has the standard frontpage stuff in the html view.

If you want to post a link to the current site we can help you further to find examples of how to migrate, but moving to DW is not a simple move and as old as the site is you should update into a more responsive framework as mentioned.

The dreaded Front Page site. SMH.  🙄  This isn't going to go well.

Rebuild your site. I can't think of a single reason to keep an outdated FP site in 2023, not one.

Sorry if that's not what you want to hear. But that's an honest answer.  There is nothing on Earth that can convert aged-out FP proprietary code to modern, responsive HTML5 and CSS3 code except a total rebuild.

1. Open Dreamweaver.

2. Create a new site.  Site > New Site.

3. Designate a folder on your primary hard drive for your site files. i.e.  C:\mySite\    Hit Save.

4. Go to File > New > Starter Templates > Bootstrap Templates.

5. Pick one of the layouts and hit CREATE button.

6. Save newly created page as index.html (your home page).

That should get you started.  Post back if you need more help.
