CourseBuilder extension/Rapid Intake error

I've tried to download the CourseBuilder extension for DW 8, which now sits on Rapid Intake's server. When I click submit I get an error (tried on Firefox and IE, Vista and XP). I have emailed them about the problem, but thought I'd post here to alert the Adobe folks in case my email to RI gets lost in spamville. Is there anywhere else I can get this extension?
