create pdf extension

hi,

does anyone know where to get an extension to generate a pdf from a PHP/mysql form?

i though this would maybe something built in as it is from adobe?

export pdf/csv tool?

had a look at the adobe exchange, does anyone know of anymore extension sites? googled but seems to be the same i get up all about menu's.....

that was not so hard actually, however was wondering if there was a simplier way than having to write the code. i.e. built into dreamweaver or

extension.
