Create Website for plastic bags

I'd like to create a website similar, but simplier than this existing one:

Define a new local site folder in DW by going to Site > New Site.

Give your site a name and location on your primary hard drive. Example, C:\MyTestSite

Then go to File > New > Starter Templates. Pick one and hit the Create button. See screenshot.
