How do I create a blogger with multiple pages through the same Server?

What exactly do you want to do?

Do you want to develop a multi-page site, or do you want to create a blog?

In both cases, what are your development skills (PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, DDB...)?

Sorry to say this but if you're asking how to create a blog from nothing with Dreamweaver, you don't have the coding skills. That's a highly advanced project for expert coders only. In the absense of really good coding skills, use an off-the-shelf solution like WordPress or Google Blogger.

Navigation menus are just basic HTML code styled with CSS. See below for more details.
