Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver

I use Dreamweaver for my web design, and more recently I noticed that I am charged monthly $22.39 for "Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver "

Does anyone know if this is just part of my Dreamweaver web design software? I never upload to Creative Cloud.

    That's the monthly charge for you to use (rent) your Dreamweaver CC software.

    Whether you upload to Creative Cloud or use any other Adobe Cloud services is entirely optional.
