    No, that is not correct.  DW 2021 is compatible with Big Sur but Big Sur still has some known issues.  You may prefer to avoid the issues by waiting a few more weeks to upgrade. The choice is yours to make.

    So if I read correctly, Dreamweaver is not yet compatible with MAC Big Sur. It is not in the APP list...
