Hello.

I can`t get dreamweaver cs3 to install in windows 10. I got a new serial number but still won`t install.

Here's a page from the forum that explains what you need to do...

Re-activating CS3 (Updated)

Basically, you need to log into Adobe's page, enter your valid activation from your copy of CS3 to get a new offline validation number and download an offline activate-able version of the program from Adobe. Completely uninstall the old version you have, possibly including some left-over files in your registry, then reinstall the new downloaded version and use the new activation number.
