CS6 and Resolution Problems

Have Adobe CS6 and use Dreamweaver a lot.  Had to replace PC which has screen resolution of 3840x2160x59 hertz.  Menu headings and all the icons are so minute, is there any way of increasing the size so that I can read them?  It is the same for Illustrator and Photoshop, InDesign is fine (use all these on a daily basis).

You can always go into your display settings and change the magnification, though the end result may not be what you intended across all apps that you run. Best to use the default settings for your monitor.

Thank you, I did find this option and will do this as a last resort.  Don't really want to be contunually changing the magnification.

DW CS6 is not high-dpi aware, it's just too old. It's also no longer supported by Adobe meaning there won't be an update to fix the issue. Your options are somewhat limited...

    - Modify your OS settings as described above
    - Get a high-dpi aware version (CC2017 or later)
    - Use DW CS6 on a standard resolution monitor

Thank you for your reply.  Was trying to avoid the expense of purchasing new software, it's not a cheap option.  Re changing the monitor, I use an all in one PC.

depending on the graphic cards driver, you can have access to a profil manager (on the right click menu) and from there having profil with different magnification based on the current workflow...

at least it's what I do for handling my different monitors and resolution, and that works like a charm

    just 2 cents...

Thank you, not sure how I find out if I have the option to do this as this sound like a pretty good solution.
