Custom Code Themes Can't be Edited

When I create a custom code theme via Edit->Preferences->Interface it doesn't appear in the box so I can't edit it. It does seem to exist somewhere though, because If I try to make another custom themee with the same name it tells me it already exits.

Is there any way to make the theme appear so that I can actually use it?
