Customizing New Default Pages

When creating a new html page DW allows us to customize the DOCTYPE and charset. Does anyone know how we can add link and scripts to the header? I am utilizing the yui libraries and would like to include the proper links in the default new pages so I don't have to type them in again for each page.

In the USER part of DW's Configuration (for example, on Vista it's here -
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration),
there is a folder called DocumentTypes. If you do NOT see this there, then
create it. You can customize any of the 'skeleton' files found here -
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\configuration\DocumentTypes,
and save them under the USERS folder (in the Document Types\New Documents
folder, and they will be used instead of the ones in the Program Files
hierarchy. Please do not modify the ones in Program Files.
