Default screen while programming

Is it possible to create a default screen for programing a webside where we have half of the screen "live" and the other half "code" and can be applied whenerer I start Dreamweaver?

To set the position of the split screen View > Split and to invoke the split screen View > View Mode

Go to View > Split > select Split Vertically and (optionally) Live view on left
