Device Preview Currently Unavailable?

I have just updated to 2017.0.1 and I now  can not access 'Device Preview'. When the icon is selected I get the message ..

'Device Preview Service is currently unavailable. Re-start Dreamweaver and start again.'

I have tried re-starting and I've checked all network connections are correct.

Is this a widespread issue for all.. or is there a fix?

After other MacOs Sierra issues I performed a OS restore. I am now getting the 'Preview on Device' function but once I scan the Qr code all I get is a white blanc screen on my device. Subsequently the device is an iPhone 5s - IOS 10.2.

I've checked all the troubleshoot issues from Ben's post.

In that case, I suggest getting in touch with Adobe Customer Care to get your issue resolved. They can investigate and log a bug if necessary.
