Dialog Box Not Accessible While Synchronizing Files

I have been trying to synchronize files in Dreamweaver. There is the dialog box at the bottom putting/getting files I do not want, but I cannot access the dialog box. When I click on it, it immediately goes away. I've been having this problem all day. I had to shut down the program. I have had so many issues with the CC version of Adobe, I understand they want to be sure people upgrade, but upgrading and paying more should also mean a better version with all the bugs fixed.
