Disable New Feature Guides

Tired of the popups and I can't figure out how to shut it off.  There's a New Feature Guide category in preferences but there's no option to disable.

    They will pop-up periodically when you first use DW.  But after that they don't come up much unless you Reset  that preference.

    Nancy O.  Your reply is absolutely useless in disabling them.  They're incredibly distracting to any workflow and you should always give users the ability to not see your visual crap that you're spewing in front of them.
