Disappearing Image Upon Upload

Hello,

I have created a page and the page shows everything it should in the designer view screen. Also, when I do a preview in the browser, it is still there. But when I upload it, the image does not appear. I am specifically referring to the header image that should be the constitution like in the screenshot below. I've uploaded several times, and even deleted the page and image from the server and uploaded again. Nothing. Can you tell me what I may be missing? I'll put the link in the comments because for some reason, the post won't let me add it.

    Are you sure? I even had somone else go to the site on their phone that had never visited the site before and it still showed up as just a black banner behind the flag instead of the constitution.

    As you can see, no probs

    One thing I have noticed is that I created a stylesheet named style.css as the tutorial directed. But I am not seeing a referral to this file in any of the html. But it has to be there somewhere as it correctly shows it in the preview.

    What is online is different to what you are showing. I have a ssuspicion that you are not uploading the files to the correct remote location.

    This is the code taht I see online:

    <!doctype html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Our Democracy Matters</title>
    <link href="videobg.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
    <style type="text/css">
    #ODMLogo {
        /* [disabled]background-color: rgba(33,30,30,1.00); */
        margin-left: 35%;
        position: relative;
        z-index: 50;
        margin-top: 27%;
        text-align: center;
        text-shadow: 9px 9px;
        float: none;
    }
    </style>
    </head>

    <body>

    <section id="ODMLogo"><a href="AboutUs.html"><img src="Web logo.png" width="400" height="267" alt=""/></a></section>

    <video id="bgVideo" muted="muted" autoplay="autoplay" loop="loop"  >
      <source src="istockphoto-1216273781-640_adpp_is.mp4" type="video/mp4">
    </video>

    </body>

    </html>

    Just the CMD Logo and a video, no navigation bar, no flag, no text. The videobg.css has also been uploaded as can be seen here:

    @charset "utf-8";
    html, body {
        width: 100%;
        margin: 0%;
        height: 100%;
    }
    #bgVideo {
    	position: fixed;
    	right: 0;
    	bottom: 0;
    	min-width: 100%;
    	min-height: 100;
    }
    .center {display: block;
    	margin-left: auto;
    	margin-right: auto;
    	width: 50%;}

    All you need to do, is to upload your files to the correct remote location and bob's your uncle.
