Display language in Dreamweaver

How do we change the display language in Dreamweaver v21.3? All my menu items are in French (which I understand) but I prefer them to be in English.

1. Go to the Creative Cloud Desktop App and click the Apps tab
2. Tap the 3 dot icon to the right of the wrong language DW and choose Uninstall
3. Next click the 3 bar menu icon on the top left and choose File > Preferences
4. Click Apps on the left sidebar
5. Choose your Default Install Language from the drop down menu and click Done
6. Reinstall DW
