The price quoted online is $299. Since it is obsolete software, I'm looking for a lesser price. Any help? Yes, I'm serious.

A serial number should have accompanied your product. If it doesn't work, it's because activation servers were probably shut down long ago. And asking others for another serial number won't help you.

Hi John,

The program that you have quoted is not worth 1 dime. Even if it works for your OS, the program is too old to compete with more modern versions.

You have got a number of alternatives, namely

purchase a CC subscription: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud
purchase a subscription for an alternative program: https://wappler.io/pricing
use a free-of-charge program: Brackets - A modern, open source code editor that understands web design.
Google for more alternatives.
