Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!  Real Adobe staff will never contact you by Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or Skype.

If you need a web developer, hire a web developer.  The tools they use are not nearly as important as the skills and experience they bring to the table. For a limited time, you may post your job ad for free on Behance: Adobe Talent (a $400/mo value).

If you just need help using Dreamweaver, feel free to ask specific questions here and fellow product users will try to help you.  Or we can direct you to structured courses online.

An ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) merely shows that the person prepared for and passed a test on a particular software version -- e.g. Dreamweaver 2015.  An ACE is qualified to teach that software from a certified training center or as a private consultant. The exam itself doesn't test coding skills or talent with web design/development, just their knowledge of the software. Also ACE exams have not been updated since 2015. Meanwhile, DW was completely rebuilt in 2017.  So there's a 5 year discrepancy between the ACE exams and current software.  AFAIK, no proctored exams have been administered since before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Adobe has a list of training partners on its site, but that's about the only list I am aware of.

But if you need help maintaining a website, you wouldn't need a Dreamweaver certified person because anyone who can maintain your website can work in the code.  Or is there something specific you need them to do with Dreamweaver?
