Does anyone know how to make a searchable advertiser address directory?

I have a customer that sells Table Ads. Each table they sell, has about 35 different advertisers. Is there a way or type of code that I can use to create a directory of these advertisers? I would like to be able to search by name, city, state and type of business. This is way beyond anything I have ever done...

Does anyone have any input, advice or direction for me?

You need a database and a search engine that can query the database. The type you choose depends entirely on your hosting plan and coding skills.
