Download Dreamweaver Cs 5.5

Creative Suite is discontinued and unsupported software from 2010.  Adobe removed the old installers from their website.  You can try this direct download link but I can't guarantee it will work with your license.

That said, the web has made significant changes in 13 years.  So have browsers and computer operating systems.   You really should get modern software.  If not Dreamweaver, then something else.
