Dramweaver (Cloud) opens, makes one step and then goes Not Responding?

Was working with Dreamweaver regularly, I went on vacation and returned to this and a list of jobs I cannot get done.

    Hi Susan,

    Did you install the latest update of DW? Which version are you working on? We have managed to solve some of the issues with the latest version by asking users to restart their computer.

    If the solutions in the document do not help you, get in touch with Adobe Customer Care Contact Customer Care They should be able to investigate further.

    Yes,  I have uninstalled and installed it a couple of times to no avail.

    That was not an answer.  I have no idea how to use this Community thing.  Is there no way to get personal answers?

    I have unmarked the answer you had marked as correct, once users see a question is marked correct they rarely read it. Hopefully you should now have users looking at your question and helping you find an answer.
