Hi I recently moved from a MacBook pro to a Chromebook is there any way I can use Dreamweaver on the Chromebook or do you have any tools for HTML editing.

Dreamweaver cannot be installed on a Chromebook.  It requires either Windows or Mac OS and sufficient hard disk and RAM.  Please read Dreamweaver system requirements.

Look at Caret code editor for Chromebook.  It's based on Sublime Text.
