I know this may sound silly but I use to be able to highlight code in code view and drag that code up or down a few lines. As of yesterday (July 16), I am not able to do that. I have closed and restarted the app and I show no updates available. Anyone else have this issue? I also have a keyboard shortcut that says it is set but will not work. Such little things but I am so use to doing these things and it is driving me crazy.

I don't have the same dragging code issue in CC2017.5 under Windows 7.
It might be something has gone corrupt in your program cache or preferences. It could be worthwhile to try the steps below...
Deleting a corrupted cache file (make sure you turn on hidden files in your OS for this one)
If that doesn't work, maybe restoring preferences would...
Unusual behavior in Dreamweaver? Try restoring preferences.
Those two items tend to catch the most "it just started happening" issues.
