Dreamweaver 18.2 blinks screen every 16 seconds

Every 16 seconds Dreamweaver 18.2 blinks my iMac and secondary screen, seems like Dreamweaver is refreshing itself, this closes any active drop window or auto fill in progress and removes cursor from current typing position. If I turn off Dreamweaver this stops so it is not my computer. This is massively slowing down my workflow. Is there a solution?
