You can drop back to a previous version of DW from your CC Desktop app.  Click on All Apps > Previous Versions.  See screenshot.

I've just checked on my Windows 10 system. It's at C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2015\en_US\Configuration\WinFileCache-4D8A80E4.dat.

The Senility Prayer

God, Grant me the Senility
to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones that I do,
and the eyesight to tell the difference.
Amen

Thank you David, I see that my WinFileCache has mysteriously reappeared.

I've got DW Version 16.1.0.7851 on my Mac and the CC app is not showing any upgrade available. Is that latest? If not, how do I get it?

I believe you need to launch your Creative Cloud APP that should be in your task bar.  It hould tell you if there are any updates or upgrades for the APPs you have installed and any new ones that you might be interested in.  CC has many other applications which not everyone is using them.  I am only using DW, Photoshop and Fireworks (old relic APP for CS6).  Of course this depends on your subscription type.

I am not using MAC so I can't be specific but it should be similar to the Windows system.

Wasn't this release supposed to have the Brackets coding environment integration?

It has been almost 6 months since you announced "Over the next few months,

we will be hard at work integrating Brackets into Dreamweaver":

I think this is an evolving process.   I don't think we can expect Brackets to be fully integrated in just one release.  It will likely take many.

I have written an eight-part "Build your first website" tutorial based on the Dreamweaver CC 2105.2 release. It's scheduled to be published in the CC Learn section of the Adobe site on 23 March. It uses a lot of the new features, including working with CC Libraries and the DOM panel.

David, you can create a separate post linking to your tutorials as soon as they are published.  Looking forward to the tutorials!

Yes, I'll do that next week when I get the URL.

I have Illustrator files in a library. When I put on the page it indicates that transforms and it seems that converts SVG.

Enter the code <img src = "images / Ilustracion_5.svg" alt = "">, but does not place the transformed file anywhere.

By default I have to be placed on the site in the "Images" folder, but it does so dreamweaver indicates that the file does not exist.

Is it a problem of Dreamweaver? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi pardog,

Please create a separate thread for your question. This post is to discuss observations on the latest release.

Thanks,

This is an observation about the latest version in Spanish 2015.2. No function works from the library to import an Illustrator file in SVG format, other formats do correctly.

Why do we still have no support for High Resolution screens? All the text still looks blurry even through product support told me this would be addressed two updates ago. This isn't even in the known issues list posted above.

From what I understand, Hi-Res support is being addressed in a future update. Apologize for the inconvenience in the time that this issue is addressed.
