Dreamweaver 2017 crashes on open

Earlier today, I was working on a site. Dreamweaver closed normally. This afternoon, it crashes on startup.

When I launch the program, it reports a crash, I click "Cancel", and then it reports another crash.

I tried restarting Dreamweaver with Ctrl-Alt-Win + click on the exe file. Same behavior.

I then backed up the "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2017" key and deleted it from the registry and renamed %APPDATA%\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2017. When Dreamweaver starts, it recreates the directory and the registry key, then crashes twice as before.

What else might I try to resolve this?
